Carne is Back!

Carne is back with the same crew, the same love for great meat, exceptional produce and good times – just with a more casual spirit, a smaller, focused, leaner menu and a fresh new address in Hove. Following a break, Carne relaunched in September at their new address which features a fantastic outdoor space.

The focus remains on high-welfare British meat and locally sourced ingredients, all served in the relaxed, welcoming style that made Carne a much-loved part of Brighton and Hove’s dining scene.

Chef Phil Bartley has put together an incredible 5-course menu especially for our November lunch, each dish paired with wines from Artelium.
