Pam set up Loch Associates Group in 2007 to respond to the need for commercial and bespoke solutions for clients. She has continued to evolve the business to respond to client needs and is now proud to have services offering solutions in all elements of HR and employment law. As well as being the Managing Director of Loch Associates Group, Pam has also been a specialist, award-winning employment law solicitor for over 20 years. Her passion for finding solutions to help businesses manage and look after their people is reflected in the development and success of the four businesses across the group. Unusually Pam is a dual qualified solicitor, being admitted as a solicitor in Scotland and England & Wales. Clients like her pragmatic, commercially focussed approach and solutions. Pam is a prolific networker and seasoned commentator on the TV and radio on employment law and HR issues. Pam is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association and has the following qualifications: BAdmin (Hons); LLB (Distinction); DIP in Legal Practice; and ACII. Whilst proud of her Scottish heritage, Pam has lived in the southeast for many years with her family and Ellie our office dog. She enjoys walking Ellie, keeping fit, spending time with her family and a nice glass of wine.
